Returns & Refunds Policy

 

Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 15 days from the delivery date.
Shipping costs for exchanges are paid by the customer.

Exceptionally, exchanges and returns for orders placed from November 24th are extended until January 12th.

How to request an exchange
Email hello@momsgoodsbrand.com
 with:

  • your order number
  • the size or model you’d like to receive
  • the address for the exchange shipment

Costs
The buyer covers outbound and return shipping (€7.95 each way, total applied as relevant) and any price difference between items.
Once we receive the original item and confirm it is in good condition, we will proceed with the exchange.

 

Returns

You may return your item within 15 days from delivery.
Return shipping costs are not covered by Mom’s Goods.

How to request a return
Email hello@momsgoodsbrand.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

After we receive the item and confirm it is in good condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, less shipping costs.
